What We Do Not Claim About Our Shilajit
Transparency is not about making more claims.
It is about being clear about what the evidence actually shows, what a certificate actually means, and where the limits of that evidence are.
Golden Shilajit Official would rather give you something you can verify than ask you to trust a marketing statement.
Below are some of the claims we deliberately do not make.
1. We Do Not Claim FDA Approval
Golden Shilajit is sold as a dietary supplement.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed in the same way it approves drugs.
For that reason, we do not describe our Shilajit as "FDA approved," "FDA certified," or use similar language that could imply product approval where none exists.
2. We Do Not Invent Production Numbers
We do not publish manufacturing-capacity numbers simply because they sound impressive.
Our wholesale quotations, order quantities and production planning are based on the actual order, product format, packaging requirements and available supply.
If a production or supply figure cannot be supported, we do not publish it as fact.
3. We Do Not Turn One Lab Result into a Permanent Product Claim
Eurofins Scientific recorded 45.39 g/100 g fulvic acid for tested batch #SLJT01LQ.
That result belongs to that tested batch. It is not:
- a guaranteed minimum for every batch
- a permanent specification for every jar
- proof that future batches will be identical
Natural materials vary. The honest way to report laboratory testing is to identify what was tested and which batch the result belongs to.
Lab Reports & COA →4. We Do Not Claim a Lab Report Proves Everything
A Certificate of Analysis only shows the parameters actually tested. It does not automatically prove:
- clinical effectiveness
- that every possible contaminant was tested
- that future batches will be identical
- suitability for every individual
- that one laboratory value makes a product "the best"
Our testing includes batch-specific fulvic acid, heavy metals and microbiological testing. We publish the reports so customers can review the evidence themselves.
5. We Do Not Hide Natural Batch Variation
Shilajit is a natural material. Texture and consistency can vary between batches.
Batch-to-batch variation does not automatically indicate a quality difference.
The better question is whether the material has been properly purified, handled and tested.
6. We Do Not Claim Every Shilajit Is the Same
Important differences can include:
- source and raw material
- purification
- filtration
- concentration
- handling and storage
- batch characteristics
- laboratory testing
Our raw material is sourced from Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, from collection sites documented above 3,000 metres.
Our published process uses water-based purification, repeated filtration, controlled concentration and natural sun drying.
We do not claim that altitude or a grade name alone proves superior quality.
7. We Do Not Use Unsupported Medical Claims
We do not claim that our product:
- cures disease
- treats disease
- prevents disease
- guarantees testosterone increases
- guarantees sexual performance
- provides instant medical results
- works identically for every person
Laboratory purity testing and clinical effectiveness are different things.
8. We Do Not Call Registration or Certification “Approval”
Registration, certification, accreditation, laboratory testing and FDA approval do not mean the same thing.
Our published ISO 22000 and Halal documentation applies to the production facility, Himalayan Innate Pvt. We do not present a facility certification as FDA approval of a Golden Shilajit product.

No chemical solvents are used during the published purification process.

Transparency only works when the customer can check the evidence. Review the documentation yourself before deciding whether our Shilajit is right for you.
Our Standard Is Simple
If we can document it, we can show you.
If a result belongs to one batch, we say it belongs to one batch.
If a certification applies to a facility, we say it applies to the facility.
If the evidence has limitations, we state those limitations.
And if we cannot substantiate a claim, we would rather not make it.
