It works but it takes time When I bought the first bottle a few months ago, I was wondering why it costs a lot and more than other shilajit products on google. After using it for a week or ten days, I start to feel the energy but it wasn't that. I've been suffering for a couple of years from lower back pain because of spinal stenosis and this product reduced the pain tremendously and worked like a magic. I will keep using it and hopefully I don't end up with a back surgery anytime soon.
