Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 45 days of the date of delivery. This is not a money-back guarantee or satisfaction guarantee.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Original seal intact and unbroken
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We are unable to accept returns of supplement products that have been opened, partially used, or whose original seal has been broken or tampered with, for hygiene and safety reasons. Items returned outside the 45-day window will not be accepted under our standard policy.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Email us at info@goldenshilajit.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the approved return address. Please send the item back using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping

For standard eligible returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will assess the issue and, where the fault lies with us or our courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to bear the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed, or defective goods.
